How much does land grading cost in Evans or Augusta?+
Most residential grading jobs run $1,500–$6,000 depending on lot size, slope, and haul-off needs. We provide a free written estimate after walking the property.
Can you fix yard drainage that floods after rain?+
Yes — drainage correction is one of our most common grading calls in Columbia County. We re-shape the lot, add French drains or swales, and tie into existing systems.
Do you grade for new construction pads?+
Yes — we cut and compact pads for homes, shops, pole barns, and additions to builder spec, ready for foundation pour.
Why does my Augusta-area yard hold water?+
CSRA soil is dense red clay with poor percolation. When a lot isn't sloped correctly, stormwater pools against foundations and washes out landscaping. We correct the slope, compact the base, and route water to swales or drains so the problem doesn't return.
