Vaughn Co Contractors is an owner-led contractor based in Evans, GA, serving the CSRA. The website, email, and customer records are operated directly by the business owner — there are no third-party agencies with access to customer data.

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Name, phone, email, and project details from the quote and contact forms.
• Address or city information you provide so we can scope a job.
• Basic, non-identifying analytics about pages visited (used to improve the site).

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Payments for completed work are handled separately and not stored on govaughnco.com.

Information you submit is used to respond to your request, schedule estimates, perform the work, and follow up afterwards (including the optional review request email if you opt in by hiring us). We do not sell or rent customer information.

Transactional emails (quote confirmations, review requests, account messages) include an unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, your email is added to a suppression list and we stop sending follow-ups.

The public site requires no account. The internal admin area is restricted to authorized staff using email + password sign-in, role-based access checks on the server, and row-level database rules so each request is scoped to what that user is allowed to see. Administrative actions are checked on the server — client roles alone are never trusted.

The site runs on Lovable Cloud, with the database and backend functions provided by managed services on top of Supabase and Cloudflare. Connections to the site use HTTPS. We rely on these platforms' standard security features; this is not a claim of SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, PCI, or other formal certification.

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in to the admin area and to remember basic preferences. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies on this site.

Quote requests and contact submissions are kept while we are actively working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty, scheduling, and accounting purposes. If you want your information removed, email us using the contact below and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it for legal or tax reasons.

If you believe you've found a security or privacy issue with this website, please email mark@govaughnco.com or call 706-306-9700. Please don't probe accounts that aren't yours or download data that isn't yours while testing — give us a chance to respond first.
